Terms & Conditions

1. Price Information
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made through our website. All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T. if applicable.  In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price.  In these circumstances, you will not be bound to continue with your purchase, and will be asked to email us to confirm that you wish to proceed. 2. Ordering Goods
To order goods from our online store first check the availability of the product at the top right of the product information screens. For products that are in stock simply click the "add to basket" button on the product information page. If a product is not available to buy online the "add to basket" button will not appear and will be replaced with "continue shopping". After making your selections use the "continue to checkout" link. You will be able to review and amend your order before proceeding through the checkout pages. We will ask for details of your billing address - this MUST be the address at which your Credit/Debit card is registered - and email contact details so we can contact you if we need to discuss your order. Finally we will ask for details of the Credit/Debit card you wish to use to make your payment. Clicking "order now" will generate and transmit your order and display a page confirming the details of your order for your records. If you need to amend your order after it has been generated, please contact us either by email (sales@classicsolutionsuk.com) or telephone (+44 773 766 5570, Mon-Fri 9.30am-5.30pm). Classic Solutions Engineering Ltd will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you using the address you supplied when registering with our website, however this will not bring into existence a legally binding agreement between us.  All orders placed are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described in section 4 below.  Also please refer to section 1 above regarding incorrect prices.  No contract will exist between you and Classic Solutions for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged.  This will be deemed to be our acceptance of your order and to have been effectively communicated to you.  Please note that the only language in which the contract can be concluded is English.

 

3. Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the despatch of your purchase.

 

4. Validation Checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

In addition, in the interests of preventing fraudulent use of credit, debit and charge cards, Classic Solutions Engineering Ltd. will validate the names, addresses and other information supplied during the order process against commercially available records. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order.

 

5. Liability
The majority of card issuers cover all the charges that may result from unauthorised use of your credit card or debit cards, but some may limit your liability to £50. If you believe your credit or debit card has been subject to unauthorised use you should contact your card issuer without delay.


6. Delivery of Goods
Goods can be delivered either to your home address, to an alternative address or to your work provided by you by email or in writing.

Your order will be delivered either by Royal Mail, Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed For.  A signature is required for all Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and Royal Mail International Signed For deliveries.

If your order contains more than one product the individual products may, on occasions, be sent on multiple dispatches.

6a. Delivery Charges
If a product is available to purchase online, post and packaging is charged in addition to the prices shown.

We make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible.  The delivery charge depends on the weight of the product ordered.  If you order 2 or more products that fall into different categories, the higher charge will apply:

When you add products to your shopping cart the appropriate charge will be added automatically.  All delivery charges will be shown clearly throughout the checkout process.

6b. Delivery Times
Delivery times are calculated in working days - i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (working days do not include weekends or National Bank Holidays).  In case of Bank Holidays please allow an extra 2 working days.

From the receipt of your order we will endeavour to dispatch your chosen items to you within 5 working days providing the goods are in stock.  Delivery of your order will be within 14 days of placing the order.  Deliveries to international locations may take longer.

Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.


IMPORTANT
We do everything we can to meet the delivery time specified in this section, however occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control and cannot be guaranteed.  We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Goods should arrive between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.  All deliveries of orders over £15 must be signed for.  If you are out when the Carrier arrives the Carrier will leave a card with a reference number for you to collect the goods from the local depot.

When ordering goods from Classic Solutions Engineering Ltd for delivery outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Classic Solutions Engineering Ltd, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

Generally, customs forms for international packages will list the value of the contents of your order by product type.

Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

EU & Western Europe Delivery Rates

For our purposes, EU and Western Europe includes Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Faroe Islands, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland (Republic of), Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City State.

Rest of World Delivery Rates

For our purposes, Rest of World includes all countries not listed in the UK, EU and Western Europe. This includes United States of America, Canada, all countries in Asia (eg: China, Pakistan, India etc), Australia and New Zealand, all African countries, Central America (Guatemala, Nicaragua, Panama etc), the Caribbean and Mexico, South America (Colombia, Chile, Argentina etc).

 

7. After-sales Service and Guarantees
Where applicable, details of manufacturers guarantees or service arrangements will be provided with the product.  After sales service and warranty/guarantee claims will initially be dealt with by Classic Solutions Engineering Ltd.

11.  Faulty Goods
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product, arrange for a repair or give you a refund of the purchase price. 

You are advised to return a certificate of posting (available from all Post Offices at no charge) when returning items by post.

 

12. Colour Reproduction
Reproduction of colour online is as accurate as photographic and electronic processes will allow.
